Drawing on my education in human physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, corrective exercise, biometrics, and neuromuscular therapy, I have created NeuroSoma Stretch. Which is assisted stretching techniques that incorporate deep somatic breathing. Occasionally, these techniques are combined with massage gun and the use of a vibration plate.
Individuals who experience a NeuroSoma Stretch often report significant satisfaction, feeling an immediate difference once the session concludes. Through my guidance, I can help relieve tension in tight muscles, leading to improved flexibility and range of motion. Many clients also observe a reduction in stress levels and enjoy better sleep at night.
Our bodies harbor trauma in many ways and possess an impressive memory. Both emotional and physical pain can become trapped within our body’s cells. When we fail to release these burdens, pain and dysfunction can gradually take hold.
As we grow older in Western cultures, it’s common for pain and dysfunction to be seen as a normal part of life. Many individuals, regardless of age, lifestyle, or dietary habits, face medical challenges that significantly impact their daily experiences. This struggle can lead to feelings of unhappiness, reliance on pain medication, weight gain, and a sense of isolation from activities and interests that once brought joy. I possess the knowledge and compassion necessary to support individuals from diverse backgrounds in fostering a healthier and more fulfilling way of life.

I collaborate extensively with a diverse range of clients, including those recovering from injuries and surgeries, athletes, veterans, individuals with congenital conditions, and survivors of physical trauma and abuse. My practice works both neurodivergent adults and children, with the youngest client I work with being just 5 years old. There is no upper age limit to my services; I also provide services for hospice patients.
My goal is to demonstrate that there are alternative approaches to healing and recovery from trauma. Many conventional methods often merely mask the underlying issues and lead to compensatory patterns, rather than addressing the root causes of discomfort and dysfunction.
